NUNZIO LOMBARDO - Italy/England/Germany
I have been developing my first teaching experiences in Italy and since then have been living in the UK for over 11 years. Here in London , I have been working as a performer in the West End in several Productions and always continued teaching Modern Jazz Dance. But now more than ever, I feel that - its time to pass my passion and knowledge on to pupils that would enjoy learning from my experiences within the world of Musicals and Dance.
Modern Jazz / Choreography & Improvisation
I developed my personal dance style as a consequence of my stage experiences: classical dance and the WestEnd musicals.
My style is therefore based on ballet, as well as traditional contemporary and jazz techniques. This is because I feel that the techniques are essential to master “body control” and reach the full experience of dance in a way that is safe for the body, in order to prevent injuries.
My classes consits out of:
- Relaxation
- Warm-Up
- Diagonals
- Choreographies
An essential part in my choreographies and work with improvisation are the EMOTIONS while dancing:
