BRIGITTE KARNER – AustriaBrigitte studied at the Schauspielakademie in Zurich, and became well known through her many engagements in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. In 2003 Brigitte was nominated for the prestigious Nestroy Prize for her portrayal of Gina in Ibsen's "The Wild Duck" at Vienna's Theatre in der Josefstadt. Her most recent appearance was in Robert Thomas's "Eight Women" at the Renaissance Theater in Berlin. In addition to her distinguished theatrical career, Brigitte continues her long-established practice of personal coaching. GABRIELLA EMMERT - Germany Gabriella studied Modern Dance in Munich and Berlin and runs her own dance school in Rothenburg/T. Her classes focus on anatomically correct training. Zumba is a fitness dance exercise, with the emphasis on fun whilst increasing your energy levels. Zumba is a basic healthy full body training, based on Jazz dance but easier, with various Latin-American rhythms. No previous knowledge required. Her BodyBalance class uses Hatha Yoga and Pilates principles, with the focus on body awareness and harmony, the lessening of tension and the development of energy and strength. SABINE BAHR - Germany/ GreeceSabine studied Biology and Chemistry in Heidelberg and Berlin. She has spent many years developing her considerable knowledge of medicinal plants and herbs on the Pilion, and the effects they have on our health, beauty and general well-being. In addition to her regular excursions to study and document these plants, Sabine attends workshops and seminars at the Medical Plant University of Freiburg. ANDREA FEHRINGER & THOMAS KÖPF - AustriaAndrea and Thomas are journalists, with a combined 50 years of experience in writing. They have worked for several magazines as editors-in-chief and are the heads of the Viennese media-company Xpertmedia (www.xpertmedia.at), editors of a lifestyle magazine, columnists, novelists, media-coaches, in addition to teaching for the University of Vienna. They also offer courses in writing for writers and journalists of the Austrian tv-company ORF.
